Teresa Rodriguez had been looking for regular work for months while paying the bills with short-term temporary jobs. Teresa faced not only unemployment, but also problems with her landlord and utility shut-off. She had heard through the grapevine that the Don Bosco Family Support Center had a job board.  She discovered the Center had even more! Teresa is a success story for the Center's assistance programs and Work Empowerment Program because she overcame all her challenges, and found employment at Discount School Supply in Kansas City, KS with the help of the Don Bosco Centers. To pay it forward, Discount School Supply and Teresa chose to adopt a family through the Don Bosco Holiday Friends Program last month!  Watch Teresa talk about her story on FOX 4.
