In-Kind Donations

For the people of northeast Kansas City, life's basic necessities can be scarce and precious. Some clients must decide between paying the rent, buying food, washing clothes, and diapering their baby. When obtaining basic needs is a struggle, looking towards the future becomes increasingly difficult. Your in-kind donations can make the difference. All items are given directly to clients and are never resold.

Family Support Center

  • Perishable and Non-Perishable Food
  • Toiletries
  • Diapers, Hygiene Products
  • Used Grocery Bags
  • Clothing and Coats
  • Blankets and Linens
  • Beds
  • Household Furniture (in good repair)
  • Houseware Items (dishes, pots & pans)
  • Books

 

Senior Center

  • Walking Aids, Wheelchairs and Home Medical Equipment (chairs, raised seats, etc.)
  • Incontinence Products
  • Reading Glasses
  • Large Print Books

Youth Development Center

  • Sports Equipment
  • Backpacks & School Supplies
  • Afterschool Snacks
  • Games
  • Art Supplies
  • School Uniforms (khaki pants, white shirts)

 

English as a Second Language Center
