The Senior Center also helps those who are deemed homebound by a physician or social worker to receive services they desperately need.

• Meals on Wheels – hot, nutritious meals are delivered to the homebound providing not only food, but also a regular "check-in" by the meal driver

• Full-Time Case Manager – this dedicated staff member connects homebound clients to service-providers such as home repair companies and home health agencies
