The Work Empowerment (WE) Program is designed to help clients tackle these challenges by assessing current skills, referring clients to appropriate training, and connecting with potential employers. Case managers provide program participants:

• Job Readiness Classes covering topics including resumes, interview skills, business etiquette and more.
