To apply for emergency assistance, or to participate in programs, you MUST:

• Come in person to the office and be interviewed (Center hours, address, and directions are to the right on this page)

• Bring identification and proof of income (client must meet USA Poverty Guidelines)

• Live in zip codes 64106, 64120, 64123, 64124, or the surrounding community

•  For rent assistance, bring documentation proving threat of housing loss due to non-payment

• For utility assistance, bring proof of payment on utility in past 30 days and documentation proving threat of utility loss
