New students are enrolled weekly and can begin classes almost immediately.

• Entry Test – every new student takes an assessment test to determine their oral communication and reading skills.

• Orientation – new students learn how the ESL Center operates, what is taught in the different classes, and establish learning goals.

• Class Level Assignment – there are 8 class levels and new students are placed in the one that best fits their language needs.

• Testing – students are tested regularly to measure progress and are moved to the next Level when they meet class requirements.
